Returns & Exchanges

At LUMINESS, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the beauty items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid USPS shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location or schedule a pickup to send your products back to our quality control center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
